PASTRY CLASSES

The perfect excuse to treat yourself

Welcome to Chefs, the pastry workshop where you can learn how to make the great French classics... without getting a meringue on your head.

We'll guide you step-by-step to create elegant desserts that are low in sugar and fat, but still taste great. All in a professional, happy and gourmet atmosphere.

Our workshops, for groups of 15 or more, are designed for groups of travelers, extended families or groups of friends who want to get their hands dirty, discover the secrets of French pastry-making and finish in style with a tasting session on site, champagne in hand.

What's on the menu? French classics updated, lightened and rethought with style. Fresh, local, carefully selected products. A luminous workshop in the heart of Paris, designed as a real chef's lab. And above all, a team of pros who pass on their know-how with precision, pedagogy... and a good dose of well-placed humor.

You'll leave with a solid foundation and confident movements.

And if a few bubbles have blurred a step or two, don't worry: we'll send you the recipes on video. All that's left for you to do is turn the oven back on... and let the memories of a lovely Parisian afternoon come flooding back.
