Serious in gesture, light in tone

Before the workshop, your group will select three desserts from our seasonal menu. On the day, you'll be seated around a large table, divided into three teams, one for each dessert, and guided step by step by our pastry chefs as they create your seasonal creations.

Once the pastries are ready, it's time for a convivial tasting of your creations, accompanied by Alain Milliat artisanal juices and a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne.

Each session is an opportunity to rediscover the essentials of French patisserie, with a contemporary approach. Guided by our culinary heritage, we combine traditional know-how, technical precision and a contemporary spirit, with an emphasis on local, seasonal products and a responsible approach.
