Who will get the cherry?
Challenge pâtissier pour entreprise: a gourmet, fun-filled workshop full of team spirit to bond your employees around a real sweet challenge. A relaxed atmosphere, creative recipes and guaranteed cohesion.
Before you get into the kitchen, we'll give you a brief explanation of how it all works.
As soon as you arrive, a warm and tasty welcome awaits you: a homemade muffin, accompanied by a selection of organic softs.
The group will be divided into three teams, each responsible for creating a different pastry.
You'll have two hours to meet the challenge, choosing from the creations on our seasonal menu. All ingredients are carefully selected: fresh, seasonal, local and short-distance products, because a good dessert starts with a real respect for the product. It's a commitment that's part and parcel of our responsible and sustainable development (CSR) approach, at the heart of every one of our workshops.
Each team will be entitled to three jokers to call on our chef-coaches. Yes, you can ask for a little help - but beware, these jokers are not unlimited.
At the end of the challenge, our chefs will evaluate your pastries according to criteria of taste, presentation and team organization, using an evaluation grid. The winning team will be rewarded with a surprise sweet gift.
After the effort, it's time to savour: your pastries will be honoured and accompanied by a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and organic soft drinks. A moment to share and savour the fruits of your labour.
And to extend the experience, the recipes of the day will be sent to you in HD video, ready to be remade at home or in the office.
