CSR COMMITMENT

Values that make sense

Cooking well is a good start. Doing so while respecting everything around us is even better.
Local products, equipment made in France, anti-waste recipes, a carefully designed and renovated space.
We have thought about every detail so that our workshops have taste and meaning.
With a touch of solidarity, a real commitment to the environment, and above all, a lot of respect for those who bring the experience to life.
Here is how we engage in our CSR approach on a daily basis.

Ingredients from French soil

Carrots, eggplants, green onions and leeks displayed on a wooden crate in a market or store.

We select fresh, seasonal produce from committed local producers, favoring short supply chains to guarantee quality and support French agriculture. All our ingredients are carefully selected, taking into account their environmental impact.

Quality equipment, handcrafted in France

Kitchen with a large professional silver metal oven with gold handles and knobs.

We opted for high-end equipment, entirely made in France. Mauviel saucepans, professional knives, Lacanche range cookers… iconic references from the culinary world, which allow for precise, product-friendly cooking, while limiting energy loss and promoting artisanal expertise.

And because the experience doesn't stop in the kitchen, attention has been paid to the art of the table, with a careful selection of tableware and accessories, to extend the experience right through to the presentation.

We also offer a charitable theme, where a portion of the preparations is donated to a local association, which distributes packed lunches to the homeless in Paris. This approach reinforces the human aspect of our workshops and allows us to support causes that are dear to us.

Anti-waste recipes, eco-responsible cooking and responsible sorting

Our menus are carefully crafted to minimize food waste, featuring seasonal recipes tailored to local and sustainable produce. We also ensure our cooking methods are optimized to limit energy consumption while ensuring a high-quality dining experience.

Custom-made work carried out with ecological and French materials

All of our renovations were carried out by craftsmen using eco-friendly materials, made in France, in keeping with our commitment to the environment. These choices not only reduce our carbon footprint, but also preserve the authentic and historic spirit of our workshop, located in the heart of Île-Saint-Louis.
