Our solidarity workshop starter, main course, dessert - The format that makes you feel good
Before starting the preparations, a word about the meaning of what you'll be cooking together.
The fruit of a wonderful collaboration between La Balade des Lucioles and Chefs, this workshop combines cooking, generosity and team spirit.
Designed as a human and committed experience, it invites you to create, together, a complete menu consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert... but not only that.
From the moment you arrive, we welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In the morning, a breakfast awaits you: hot drinks, Alain Milliat fruit juices and pastries to get the day off to a good start. In the evening, homemade breadsticks and hot or cold beverages are served to kick-start the workshop.
All ingredients are ready, carefully selected, fresh and in season. Utensils, aprons, equipment: everything is in place so that you can concentrate on what's essential: cooking together, with pleasure.
Divided into three brigades - starter, main course and dessert - you will be accompanied by our passionate chefs, who will guide you through each stage of the menu. After a briefing on safety rules, everyone joins their station in a stimulating, friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
The aim of this workshop? To cook in pairs. Part of the meal will be eaten together as part of a shared experience. The other half will be packaged in individual meal baskets, then distributed to the homeless in Paris, thanks to our partner association, during an organized food drive.
This cooking class is a powerful and meaningful experience, where every gesture behind the stove becomes an act of solidarity.
The meal is shared at the table, accompanied by a carefully selected white and red wine, as well as non-alcoholic organic beverages. Finally, a moment of relaxation awaits you: coffee, tea or herbal tea will be served to round off this wonderful adventure.
And to extend the experience, you'll receive all the recipes you've created on HD video, so you can relive them over and over again, as many times as you like.

Here, French cuisine is prepared by several hands, in a spirit of transmission, sharing and commitment. Our recipes, inspired by the great local classics, are revisited with simplicity and generosity, using fresh, seasonal, carefully selected produce.
The menu is entirely vegetarian, in order to respect the beliefs and cultures of all the people benefiting from the meals we distribute. A responsible, inclusive choice, in line with our sustainable cooking approach.
Every ingredient has meaning, every gesture a significance. We cook together in a lively, caring atmosphere, where mutual aid, pleasure and solidarity meet around the stove. The experience is as gourmet as it is committed.
This workshop is fully in line with a concrete CSR approach, combining team building, awareness of sustainable food, respect for cultural diversity and solidarity action. By cooking for themselves and for others, each participant becomes part of a positive, immediate and measurable impact.
