A sweet tour of France
Five stands will be set up, each dedicated to a different pastry, selected by you from our seasonal creations presented in the brochure. Participants will be divided into teams and will have 15 minutes per stand to actively participate in each preparation, while benefiting from the expert advice of our chefs. After two hours in the kitchen, the creations will be prepared and presented in cocktail form, accompanied by a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne, Alain Milliat nectars and organic non-alcoholic beverages. Then it's time for the tasting. Our recipes can of course be adjusted to suit your tastes or any dietary restrictions you may have.
