Cooking France in a band

Welcome to Chefs, the Parisian culinary experience designed for groups, large families and anyone who wants to have a good time in the kitchen.
Here, you can learn the basics of French cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
Our workshops, located in the heart of historic Paris, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame, are designed for groups of 15 or more.
We share much more than recipes: we experience a real moment of Frenchy culture, generous, lively and gourmet.

This is the ideal activity for groups of tourists visiting Paris who are looking for a good deal, but definitely not boring.
Participants leave with French cooking techniques to take home with them.
Travel agencies and tour operators trust us to offer their clients an original, human and typically Parisian culinary experience.

Guided by our chefs trained in the finest establishments and who speak French, English or Spanish, you'll cook your menu side by side, just like in a real Parisian brigade: as a team, to music, in a good mood, with top-of-the-range equipment made in France.
And as every great session ends around a table, you'll enjoy the dishes prepared together... glass of wine in hand, of course.

On the menu : seasonal products from sustainable agriculture, selected from passionate producers.
The menu is inspired by the basics of traditional French cuisine, that of Escoffier and the great brigades, but revisited with precision, creativity, and in keeping with the times.
All of this is part of a committed approach: respect for the environment, zero waste, and promoting common culinary sense.

And to make sure you don't forget anything, you'll receive your recipes on video after your visit.

Get ready for a culinary experience that will leave you with a light heart and a smile on your face.

As soon as you arrive, we'll get off to a gentle start with a breakfast of a hot drink, Alain Milliat fruit juice and a croissant to get the morning off to a good start. Dinner begins with breadsticks and a refreshing organic lemon soft drink.

Divided into three brigades - starter, main course and dessert - you'll be guided by our enthusiastic chefs as you discover seasonal recipes. After a briefing on safety rules, you'll work as a team with the help of our chefs to prepare a tasty menu and share a stimulating, convivial moment.
