A sweet voyage with a modern twist
Before we get down to cooking, we'll give you a quick rundown.
As soon as you arrive, a tasty welcome awaits you: a homemade muffin, accompanied by a selection of organic softs.
Five workshops will be set up, each dedicated to a seasonal pastry, selected by you from among our seasonal creations presented in the brochure.
Participants will be divided into teams and given 15 minutes per stand to actively participate in each preparation, while benefiting from the expert advice of our chefs.
Throughout the workshop, the emphasis is on the pleasure of doing things together, but also on a responsible approach: we work exclusively with fresh, local, seasonal and short-distance ingredients, in a committed CSR approach that respects both the product and the planet.
After two hours in the kitchen, the creations are prepared and presented in the form of a sweet cocktail. They will be accompanied by a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne, Alain Milliat nectars and organic soft drinks.
A festive and convivial moment, designed to celebrate team spirit and savor the fruits of collective labor.
Our recipes can of course be adjusted to suit your tastes or any dietary restrictions you may have.
And to extend the experience, the recipes of the day will be sent to you in HD video, so you can make them at home... or give them to those who weren't lucky enough to be there.

In this pastry class for companies, these icons of the sweet take on a new form: fine, technical bites to share on the go, without ever sacrificing the demanding taste or the pleasure of the gesture.
Each bite has been conceived as a concentrate of savoir-faire: technical yet accessible, refined yet generous.
These are classics, yes, but with rhythm, style and a taste for today.
Our creations are made with local, seasonal products, sourced in short circuits. Because even in pocket format, respect for the product is non-negotiable.
