For groups of 40 or more, we offer a festive, gourmet and collective format, designed for large teams who want to cook together in a joyful, light-hearted atmosphere.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome.
In the morning, we start with a gourmet breakfast: pastries, hot drinks and Alain Milliat fruit juices.
In the evening, crispy breadsticks and refreshing softs await you to whet your appetite and kick-start the energy of the workshop.

Then it's off to the races!
Divided into small groups, you'll rotate every 15 minutes through 7 workshops: 5 savory, 2 sweet, accompanied by our chefs.
Each station immerses you in the creation of recipes inspired by the great classics of French cuisine, revisited with a modern twist.

We cut, we flame, we assemble, we dress, we move, we cook to music, in a lively and stimulating atmosphere, where everyone finds their place.

After two hours in brigade, it's time for the tasting:
cocktail format, small plates to pick at, glass in hand, white wine, red wine, organic drinks. The workshop ends in a festive, generous and convivial atmosphere.

And of course, this corporate cooking class in Paris is entirely customizable: allergies, preferences, seasonality... we adapt to you.

Finally, a moment of relaxation awaits you: coffee, tea or herbal tea will be served to conclude this wonderful experience.
And to prolong the pleasure, the recipes of the day will be transmitted to you in HD video.

Each workshop showcases carefully selected local products. Divided into small groups, participants rotate through the stations in a festive, rhythmic and collective atmosphere.
